Top 5-Man Sues Parents for Not Loving Him Enough

A 32-year-old man in Brooklyn, New York is suing his parents, claiming he wasn't loved enough by them and that their neglect has caused him to be homeless and jobless. Bernard Bey filed a self-written lawsuit in Brooklyn court earlier this month, accusing his


parents of causing him mental anguish and for making him feel "unloved and beaten by the world." "If you have kids, you're expected to love your children," Bey told NBC 4 New York. "You want the best for your children."
Bey claimed he was physically and emotionally abused and ran away from home when he was 12, and then was in and out of the shelter system after turning 16. He's spent time in jail and is now homeless, and he believes his parents are at the root of his problems. Bey is asking the court for more than $200,000 in damages. He wants his parents to mortgage their family home and purchase two franchises like Domino's Pizza. The aspiring rapper said the money would be help the entire family.

Top 4-Florida woman injured after gun magazine left in oven

An 18-year-old Florida woman trying to make some waffles Monday night ended up in hospital after she was injured by an exploding bullet from a gun magazine that her friend left in the oven. Aalaya Walker turned the oven on shortly after 9 p.m. Monday and soon heard an explosion, the Tampa Bay Times reported. She picked pieces of at least one round from her chest and leg and went to hospital, the newspaper reported. Walker's friend Javarski Sandy had put a magazine from his .45-calibre Glock 21 in the oven, he told police. There were four rounds in the magazine.  Police said Walker's wounds were superficial. No one was arrested.

Top 3-Police searching for high school mascot thief

 

EDMONTON -- City cops still need help in finding a missing mascot that was stolen from McNally High School. And police say the mascot -- a tiger costume -- is worth $5,000. "Roary" the mascot was declared missing back in November after he made an appearance at a Halloween party.  Const. Brandon Shippelt said cops put posters around the school asking students to come forward with information about Roary's whereabouts with little success.

Top 2-School bus driver allegedly stole bus

 

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 25 (UPI) -- A Tennessee school bus driver accused of stealing and selling a school bus is no longer approved to drive for the school district, officials said. The Knoxville Police Department said Hillman Greenlee, 61, of Knoxville, Tenn., was arrested on a theft charge after he allegedly took Bus 117, a 1998 Blue Ribbon Coach Bus, from a bus lot Wednesday and sold it to another person for $1,200, the Knoxville News Sentinel reported Monday. The bus, which police valued at about $2,000, was found abandoned later Wednesday. Knox County Schools spokeswoman Melissa Ogden said Greenlee, a driver with contractor Horace Blakely, is no longer approved to drive for the school district.

Meet Rasoul Speight.The Bloods gang member is facing a narcotics charge after New Jersey cops yesterday discovered a whopping 100 bags of heroin hidden in his anus, police report. Speight, 32, was driving on the Palisades Interstate Parkway when his 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer was pulled over during a routine traffic stop. When cops detected the smell of marijuana they asked for--and received--permission to search the car.While investigators found “nothing of evidentiary value” inside the vehicle, Speight and passenger Gary Sylak, 25, were both arrested due to outstanding traffic warrants, according to cops.
